Skeleton should stick with having no abilities.the idea of skeleton in the game is for canon fodder purposes.
Ghost should not have destroy building abilities. It soesnt make any sense. I would suggest, if you want a cheaper version of unit that have destroy abilities try change it to bombardier or something.

Paladin heal ability should effect enemy undead unit.
Skeleton undead ability prohibit being poisoned even though the ability description said heal through poison.
I remember back from ae2(java). Dragons have weaknessess arrow damaged, what happen to that?

Golem weaking aura.doesnt sit well with me. They should stay as tank unit.
But the stat debuff is good. I would recommend bringing back spider from ae1 that produce web from its surrounding area (1 - 2 range) for the movement debuff. Poisoner(optional) or just leave the wolf with bleeding ability.
Units that can be afflicted with 2 or more buff/debuff (poison/bleed,blind,slow)

I do agree that it doesn't make sense for ghost being able to destroy house, although it's a good idea that we may need a magic damage unit that can destroy houses.
As for the bombardier that you suggested, I do agree, although like some people, I think the name "grenadier" suits, since the earliest bombs were invented in China.
I dunno if his following stats below can be accepted, since it may not be balanced:
Atk: 55 physical (+10 per level) Def: 0 Aff: 0 Move: 4 Range: 2-3 Cost: 300 Slot: 1 Skill: destroyer, bombard
New skill idea: Bombard - this unit's ranged attacks deals area damage, dealing half damage to nearby foes. Area is 3x3.
How it works: eg, your target is mermaid and she take 55 damage. Since she has 8 archers around her, they all should take 27 because the skill says that nearby foes take hals damage. But archers' defence is 5, so 25. (Ruling: foe's defence points take place before multiplier. Eg, 55 is grenadier's attack minus archer's defence 5, difference is 50. Only then Bombard skill's halved damage applies: 50 รท 2 = 25.)
