Magical - a unit can promote a friendly unit for 1 each team turn and then it will become normal (undamaged units)

I can't think a proper name for it It will be opposite to supporter means enemy can't be able to use its one unit for a turn(turned grey after the effect)(enemy can atk)

A status opposite to inspired status it will reduce enemy 10atk pts and defiance for a turn

fasten - it can give a extra movement pta to nearby units in range 1-2

I think that will broke :/ Hope you understand my English

I think that will broke :/ Hope you understand my English but about when the can attacked for example your commander can be attacked by a unit remember unit can't move and can attack then only We are able to hypnotise other unit (just like druid does)
