If you make the hypnotism can't hypnotic units with cost more than 400 gold. I think it's fixed. Too much system not so good idea.

How about this ability:
[Grave Robbing]: Gain back health if the unit ends it's move on a Tombstone.
Skeletons and Ghost could have this ability to add a way to heal them. It could also encourage using these units as 'tombstone' cleaners.

It would emphasize their disposability.

Hologramy - when a unit get attacked it loses its power to restrict enemy movement on nearby tiles
