Hi, I sure want to say that the game is really unbalanced in campaigns at least If the enemy attacks me with a dragon to a golem/colossus of mine, it does like 95 of damage... When backwards, my dragon attacking his collosus, 30 of damage... Soooo... What Is that? Ir happens with almost every unit in the game and it's very frustrating

Try to take a look at dragon's ability and you will find out the reason. Dragon's melee attack will make 1.5 times more damage. Also higher level dragons are able to do more damage.
As for golem, if it stands on mountains, it's defence is very high. Also golem receives half damage from ranged attacks, so dragon's ranged attack causing 30 damage is quite normal.
