toyknight I know that you are busy, but it is a very interesting improvement for this game I play some games with the maps have many castles these seperate in parts of map. To finish game, I must move my king to all castles and it takes too much time, because there only 1 king. What do you think about an unit can make a castle become grey, we can finish game more quickly. Of course, this unit will have some contrains to ensure balance for game. This is my idea and some detail for this new unit: - Name: Crystal Treasure. - Image: like crystal key in campaign (or another cute image). - Hit point: 100. - Attack: 0 (cannot attack). - Defense: 0/0 (very weak and can be killed easily). - Moving point: 3 (move slowly as skeleton). - Capacity: 0. - Cost: price to buy a king this time. - Ability: Castle Resetter. When this unit stand in a castle of enemy or ally, if player decide to use this ability, the castle will become grey (not belong to any player) and this unit will die. A player can buy these units only when his king is alive and when his king dies, all of his crystal treasures will die immediately (this contrains to ensure that the king is always the most important unit to be victorious, a player must have his king, and these units only help him to finish game more quickly). Here are some my scenarios, hope that you will reseach and talk with me. - A player can buy many crystal treasures. He can defeat many enemies on a time if he has enough gold and army to protect this units to enemy's castles. - When 2 players in a team want to change castle's color, a player can use crystal treasure to make ally castle to grey and use his king to capture. It is useful while a player has some castles in an area and he want to share a castle for his allie. They can buy new units in same area and combine armies more quickly. Ok, that's so all. What do you think about the new unit? May I can see them in our great game?

I like the idea, it would really work for what was devised, currently the only alternative is to leave a unit to block castles, but it is annoying when there are many castles. I think it is only useful in poorly balanced maps or maps with the purpose of being similar to a campaign, for now, in PvP maps with acceptable designs it seems useless, however, it would bring more dynamics to the game, so I think, It could work well. If this unit were carried out, I would like to contribute some ideas to make it more functional: 1.Movement: to accelerate the completion of the game, the movement must be greater, then, it should have a type of air movement, on the maps with many castles, generally the terrain is designed to hinder access, so if only move 3 spaces, the limitation of movement offered by some types of land or water would leave it as a completely non-functional unit, so it seems to me that this unit must move 4 air-type spaces, now, I have 2 ways to increase its movement The first is that its movement increases as the king rises, the other is that for each castle that turns gray a movement point rises (maximum movement: 8 spaces). 2.Value: because it is a unit that is limited by the existence of the king and considering that this unit will disappear every time you reset a castle, it seems to me that its value should always be the equivalent of the king. Extra: It is not compatible with Druid, It is not compatible with Paladin. If this unit dies before resetting a castle, its king will have 10 life points subtracted (value may be greater) since its existence is linked to its king. I dont know but i dont feel that this idea is good😌 thought it opens up some new interesting discussion😊 i didnt like this idea for the reason that this unit because it changes many old things and makes the game little complicated and this really changes the playing approach

If you ever experience how late game battle looks like you will understand

If you ever experience how late game battle looks like you will understand Yes, I understand the last combat in real battle, but this unit is designed for playing against Robot and changing castle in local team.

i propose a game changer. like chess you have a certain amount of time to play.for instance in chess tournaments there are games that are set 10min blitz games or 30min or even 1h. for example in a 30min match a player has 30min not to make a move but 30min to win a game.meaning that if his timer runs out even if he is in wiining postion he loses. for example player moves then when he finishes his move he starts next player timer . this goes on vice versa until there is a winner by defeating enemy or a winner by time out. that way you need to think quick and play quick. a 10 minute game does not mean that a player have 10 min for each turn but he has to win in 10 min or he lose. toyknight please consider this idea for chess. is it possible to make ancient empire a board game like chess and play it on online platform.the game has same logic and characteristic of a board game.atleast for pvp this will be good and easily acccessible. you can go online and see how online chess tournaments takes place.

I have another idea which i spoke somewhere else, if you have seen chess games in devices there is also a virtual 3D chess game i guess in far future it will be good for game (the same of 3D option we see googke maps or google earth)
